We may amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, users’ needs and our business priorities. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site at any time for business and operational reasons.
International use
We welcome international clients and our site and services are accessible globally. We do not represent that content on or through our site complies with the laws of, or is appropriate or available in, every country. If you access the site or purchase the services from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulatory requirements where they apply. Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any coaching services, which are set out in our Coaching Agreement. Subject to this, we will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our site or reliance on any content displayed on our site. We provide our site to consumers for domestic and private use; you agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes.
How we may use your personal information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Which country’s laws apply to any disputes
I shall try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with us or our services please contact us as soon as possible. These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by English and Welsh law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
