We educate our clients about the science of pain, explaining how learnt neural pathways are connected to chronic symptoms. Each client receives a personalised treatment approach that incorporates Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Our goal is to rewire the learnt neural pathways responsible for the persistent symptoms. We achieve this through brain training practices, as well as emotional and meditative exercises. Each method is designed to eliminate or radically reduce persistent symptoms.
